Nascar Spirit Cup is in Atlanta this weekend. Logano is coming off his first Daytona 500. Now the 500 is over, drivers can finally focus on the season. Every year it seems like the 500 is race of the season but there is 25 more races until the Race for the Chase.
Logano is already locked in with the victory last Sunday. But drivers are looking to rebound after poor performances like Tony Stewart and Ryan Newman. David Ragan has been named the full-time fill in for Kyle Busch when is recovers surgery.
Who looks good for this race? Well Ryan Newman leads all active drivers with seven poles. Yes, seven. Some of the field doesn't even have a pole win. He looks to add to his record seven poles.
1 pm Friday begins the first practice and qualifying. The season started last week but now it's time to put the petal to the metal and race.
